Airth Castle – The ceremony was held in The Castle and the dinner reception in the Dunmore Ballroom Suite

Bride’s Flowers:

Kathryn held a hand tie of blush pink peonies, lily of the valley, white lilac, blush pink roses and ranunculus

Table Centres:

Tall flute vases with lush trailing arrangement of seasonal flowers in shades of blush pink and ivory. The inside of the vases contained a crushed ice effect with blush pink rose petals.

Bride’s Flowers:

Erin held a compact hand tie of off white ranunculus and the bridesmaids held similar hand ties of ranunculus and double eustoma to match.

Table Centres:

Tall flute vases topped with an arrangement of white hydrangea with greenery. The vases were used for the wedding ceremony and the dinner reception which were both held in the King’s Hall.

An update from our previous blog – Inverleith House (19/2/13)

On the 31st January the Royal Botanic Garden of Edinburgh held a Showcase Event in Inverleith House to promote the granting of permission to transform the building into an exclusive fine dining venue during the month of December each year.

We were very kindly asked to provide flower arrangements for this event and the following images were very kindly supplied by event photographer  – Elemental Photography

Bride’s Flowers:

Adele held a hand tie of amnesia, blue pacific and off white roses with roses white veronica and ranunculus.

Table Centres:

Tall candlestands with taper candles and lush arrangements of seasonal flowers in pinks, lilac and cream colours to match the wedding flowers.

 

Event: 22 March 2013

Annual dinner event on behalf of ICAS Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Venue:

The Signet Library

Table Centres:

Tall silver candlestands with tall taper candles and a semi loose arrangement of seasonal flowers in hot pink, rich purple, deep blue and cream colours. Little pots of flowers and tealights surrounded the base of the candlestand.

Bride & Groom:

Wedding of Tracy Bowen & David MacKin on 16th March 2013

Venue:

Edinburgh Castle. Both the wedding ceremony and reception were held in the Queen Anne Building.

Bride’s Flowers:

Tracy held a hand tie of hot pink hydrangea with black willow tendrils.

Ceremony Flowers:

Instead or normal pew ends, Tracy wanted tall single candlestands with candles and a sphere of hot pink hydrangea positioned at the end of the pews. Also, 2 x tall black candlestands with candles and a full lush arrangement of pink hydrangea and greenery with black willow tendrils, positioned at either end of the aisle.

Reception Flowers:

Tall black flute vases with full lush arrangements of hot pink hydrangea and black willow. Lots of tealights surrounding the base of the vase along with different height cylinder vases with a hot pink hydrangea stem,  black willow and a large floating candle inside the vase.
