Lorraine & Mike chose the beautiful sea-view setting of the MacDonald Marine Hotel in North Berwick for their wedding venue. The ceremony and wedding dinner were held in The Library with the evening reception in the Bass Rock Suite.
Lorraine held a hand tie of off white roses with pearl beading with the bridesmaids holding similar versions with a black binding.
For the ceremony the Library was decorated with tall cylinder vases topped with a sphere of off white/cream roses with a crushed ice effect through the vase and a coloured ribbon band around the top. With it’s spectacular views overlooking the Firth of Forth the MacDonald Marine Hotel is undoubtedly one of the best seaside hotels in Scotland.
The wedding reception was set up in the Bass Rock Suite, overlooking the Firth of Forth.
The table centre arrangements were tall martini vases with a sphere of red grand prix roses and blue thistles sitting on a bed of clear gell balls – standing on a round mirror finished with little pots of flowers and candles to compliment.
