Bride & Groom: Lynsey McLeod and Scott McKenzie

Venue: Edinburgh Corn Exchange

Bride’s Flowers: Lynsey held a compact hand tie of all white tulips ranunculus with an added touch of sparkle on the binding. Lynsey’s bridesmaid held a similar but smaller version.

Table Centres: Tall silver candlestand with long white taper candles with a fine garland of ruscus and baby hand ties of white tulips and ranunculus and seasonal flowers. The top table was decorated with baby candlestands with similar garlanding.

Edinburgh Corn Exchange Wedding Fair

5th & 6th November 2011

Great to be part of the Corn Exchange wedding fair once again.  Thanks to Amy and her team in putting on another great show with over 120 exhibitors.  It was great to see and talk to so many people about flowers for their special day.

We hope you enjoyed the weekend and saw something you liked!

Stephanie & Stewart, The Corn Exchange

Bride & Groom: Stephanie Stewart & Stewart Frazer

Bride’s Flowers: Stephanie held a compact hand tie of amnesia roses. Stephanie’s bridesmaids held compact hand ties of cream hydrangea.

Table Centres: Tall flute vase topped with seasonal flowers in shades of cream flowers.

Emma-Jo & Michael, Edinburgh Corn Exchange

Bride & Groom: Emma-Jo Thomas & Michael Stanton

Venue: Edinburgh Corn Exchange

Bride’s Flowers: Emma-Jo held a compact hand tie of white roses with pearl detail through, while her Bridesmaid held a similar but small version to compliment.

Table Centres: Tall martini style vases with a sphere of white roses, eustoma and hydrangea with rose petals inside the vase.

…..just wanted to drop you a quick email to say thanks so much for the
beautiful decorations at our wedding.  They finished off the Corn Exchange
beautifully and everyone thinks we must be secret millionaires because of how
lovely everything looked!

Bride & Groom: Donna Johnstone & Craig Scott.

Bride’s Flowers: Donna held a hand tie of off white roses/spray roses.

Table Centres: Tall flute vases topped with full arrangement of hydrangea, off white roses/spray roses, eustoma and lush greenery.

Beth & Keith, Edinburgh Corn Exchange

Bride & Groom: Beth Philipson and Keith Drummond

Venue: Edinburgh Corn Exchange

Bride’s Flowers: Beth held a hand tie of all white hydrangea with her 5 bridesmaids carrying similar but smaller versions.

Table Arrangements: Tall Glass Candlestands with long taper candles with little pots of ivory garden roses and purple hydrangea and tealights.

 

Valerie & Mark, The Edinburgh Corn Exchange

Bride & Groom: Valerie Haggerty & Mark Cowan

Venue: Edinburgh Corn Exchange. Ceremony and Evening Reception held in The Bistro.

Flowers: The theme here was Purple and White with many of the various arrangements having hydrangea. The ceremony room was dressed with purple hydrangea pew ends, bay trees with added white hydrangea and small pots of purple and white flowers for the altar table.

Unfortunately we don’t have any images of the ceremony setup however if Valerie and Mark or any of their friends and family would like to send in images then we would be more than happy to post them alongside this blog.

Cassie & Andrew, Edinburgh Corn Exchange

Bride & Groom: Cassie Kent & Andrew Dempsey.

Venue: Edinburgh Corn Exchange

Bride’s Flowers: Cassie held a hand tie of off white peony roses with pearl detail through it. Cassie’s bridesmaids held similar versions and the Flowergirl held a baby version.

Table Centres: Tall glass candlestands with long taper candles surrounded by little pots of bridal flowers and single baby tapers in individual holders.
