American couple Gayle & Brian chose the tranquil setting of Borthwick Castle, a venue steeped in scottish history. The ceremony was held in Borthwick Parish church by the entrance to the castle and the reception in the Great Hall of the castle.
Gayle held a Scottish styled compact hand tie of white roses and blue thistles bound in a silk tartan supplied by Gayle. Gayle’s bridesmaids held similar but smaller versions to compliment.
The reception tables in the Great Hall were decorated with tall silver candlestands topped with full arrangements of white roses and purple eustoma and lush greenery with tall ivory candles.
As Gayle and Brian live in America they used the services of Wedding Planners As You Like It Wedding Planners to organise the details of their wedding.
